TIAGUINHO'S COTTAGE

This cottage has a bedroom and a living room with large sliding glass doors, which open onto the terrace. The kitchenette has a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave and an oven as well as a dining table that divides the kitchen from the living room. The stylish bathroom has a modern walk-in shower.

Accommodation features:
  • Capacity up to 4 people: 1 double bedroom with 1 additional folding bed. Linens provided.
  • 1 bathroom equipped with hairdryer, towels and basic hygiene products.
  • Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
  • Satellite TV and wifi for internet access.
  • Shared pool.
  • Outdoor terrace, furnished garden and barbecue.
  • Allows pets weighing less than 3 kg (potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed).
  • Outdoor parking.
Insect and Wildlife Information:
  • Our house is located in a warm, humid climate full of wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, small midges, centipedes or other insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot offer guarantees or refunds for the occasional insect that may enter the house. We do our best to prevent this from happening and guests can help by keeping doors closed, disposing of rubbish properly and storing food responsibly.
Information on charging electric or hybrid cars:
  • Customers who wish to charge their vehicles during their stay at our houses must pay a deposit of 150 euros. In addition to paying the deposit, it is mandatory to inform the property of this intention, for reasons of safety, available electrical capacity and additional costs that may arise.
